  6. If you don’t find KB3147458 in that list, go to Miscrosoft.com and search for the Windows Update KB3147458, download and install it. Restart your computer after installing the update and see if the problem persists
  7. When the KB3147458 window update is installed,  be sure to uninstall and reinstall your Epson printer again.
